Role Summary
The Creative & Content Lead owns Muvr’s creative direction and content strategy across channels. This role is responsible for shaping how Muvr looks, sounds, and tells its story—driving brand consistency, engagement, and performance. You will lead content and creative execution that supports growth, brand, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.
This role reports to Marketing leadership and partners closely with Brand, Growth, Product, and Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Brand Expression
- Own Muvr’s visual and editorial identity across digital, social, lifecycle, and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling creative execution.
Content Strategy & Production
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing and growth goals.
- Oversee creation of content across formats (copy, visual, video, social, web, email).
- Balance always-on content with campaign-based storytelling.
Performance & Growth Support
- Partner with Growth and Revenue to create high-performing creative for acquisition and conversion.
- Test and iterate on creative based on performance data and insights.
- Optimize messaging and formats by channel and audience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Partnerships, PR, and Product on launches, campaigns, and co-branded initiatives.
- Support lifecycle, referral, and retention efforts with targeted content.
- Ensure creative supports operational and product changes clearly.
Team & Process
- Lead and mentor internal creatives or manage external agencies and freelancers.
- Establish workflows, briefs, and feedback processes.
- Build scalable creative systems and content playbooks.
Qualifications
Required
- 6–10+ years of experience in creative, content, or brand roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and performance-driven creative.
- Experience leading content strategy across multiple channels.
- Ability to balance creativity with business and growth objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience in startups, marketplaces, or consumer tech.
- Experience working closely with growth and performance marketing teams.
- Background in design, copywriting, or content production.
