Role Overview

As a Contracts Manager, you will own the contract lifecycle across Muvr’s commercial agreements. You will support drafting, negotiation workflows, contract compliance, and process optimization for partnerships, merchant agreements, and enterprise customers.

This role is ideal for someone highly detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in contract operations within fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, negotiation support, execution, and renewal
  • Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and scalable contracting processes
  • Partner with Legal Counsel, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams to support deal execution
  • Track contract obligations, key terms, renewal timelines, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure contracts align with internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory considerations
  • Support contract repository management and documentation governance
  • Identify process improvements to increase contract turnaround time and efficiency
  • Assist with dispute resolution, amendments, and escalations as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial deal support roles
  • Strong understanding of contract structures, negotiation workflows, and risk mitigation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal stakeholders
  • Strong communication and project management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in startups, marketplaces, logistics, or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and workflow automation
  • Experience supporting enterprise partnerships, merchant agreements, or platform integrations
  • Passion for building scalable legal and contracting infrastructure
