Role overview

The Program Manager owns the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives that are critical to Muvr’s growth and operational excellence. This role ensures complex programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear outcomes by aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving accountability.

This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Revenue, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs from definition through execution.
  • Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across teams.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, Ops, Revenue, and Marketing.
  • Ensure clarity on ownership, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve blockers.

Tracking, Reporting & Communication

  • Track progress against milestones and surface risks early.
  • Provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure learnings and outcomes are documented and shared.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Improve program management processes, tools, and templates.
  • Help teams operate more efficiently through structure and clarity.
  • Support scaling initiatives as the company grows.

Execution Support

  • Step in to unblock teams and drive momentum when programs stall.
  • Support launches, pilots, and rollouts across markets.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations roles.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Bias toward execution and accountability.

Preferred

  • Experience in tech, startups, or marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with Agile or product development workflows.
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
