Role Summary

The Website & SEO Lead owns Muvr’s website experience and organic growth strategy. This role is responsible for driving high-intent traffic, improving conversion, and ensuring the website is a scalable growth engine through strong SEO, content structure, and performance optimization.

This role reports to Marketing or Growth leadership and partners closely with Product, Creative, Content, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Website Ownership & Optimization

  • Own the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of Muvr’s website.
  • Optimize site structure, navigation, and conversion paths.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to ship website improvements efficiently.

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute on-page, technical, and content-driven SEO strategies.
  • Identify keyword opportunities aligned with demand, services, and local markets.
  • Optimize pages for rankings, traffic quality, and conversion.

Content & Programmatic Growth

  • Partner with Content and Creative to scale SEO-driven landing pages and content.
  • Support local, service-based, and programmatic SEO initiatives.
  • Ensure content structure and internal linking best practices.

Analytics, Reporting & Experimentation

  • Track website and SEO performance across traffic, rankings, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Run experiments to improve CTR, rankings, and on-site conversion.
  • Clearly communicate insights and priorities to stakeholders.

Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Engineering on site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Ensure SEO considerations are built into product and website changes.
  • Act as the SEO voice in launches and site updates.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5–8+ years of experience in SEO, website growth, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience owning organic growth and website performance.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and SEO tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience in marketplaces, local services, or multi-location businesses.
  • Experience scaling programmatic or geo-based SEO.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic front-end concepts.
