Role Overview
As a Paralegal & Legal Ops Coordinator, you will support Muvr’s legal and compliance function through contract coordination, documentation management, regulatory support, and process execution. You will work closely with Legal Counsel, Partnerships, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure legal workflows are organized, scalable, and efficient.
This role is ideal for someone highly detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in legal operations within fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support drafting, review coordination, and execution of commercial agreements
- Manage contract documentation, filing systems, and legal repositories
- Coordinate legal workflows across Sales, Partnerships, Ops, and external counsel
- Assist with compliance tracking, regulatory filings, and policy documentation
- Maintain templates, playbooks, and legal process best practices
- Support incident, dispute, or claims documentation as needed
- Track deadlines, renewals, and legal obligations across contracts
- Help improve legal operations through process optimization and tooling
Qualifications
Required
- 2–4 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or legal operations coordinator
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience supporting contract workflows and legal documentation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in startups, marketplaces, logistics, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with compliance operations, contract lifecycle management, or regulatory support
- Experience working with external counsel and cross-functional stakeholders
- Passion for building scalable legal infrastructure in high-growth companies
