Role overview
The Global Enablement & Localization Specialist is responsible for ensuring Muvr’s products, processes, content, and operations are effectively localized and enabled for new and existing markets. This role focuses on adapting experiences for regional needs while maintaining global consistency, supporting international expansion, and improving adoption across teams and users.
This role reports to Operations or Program leadership and works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Ops, Support, and Content.
Key Responsibilities
Localization Strategy & Execution
- Own localization strategy for markets, languages, and regions.
- Adapt product copy, operational processes, and customer-facing content for local relevance.
- Ensure consistency with global brand and operational standards.
Market Enablement & Readiness
- Support launch readiness for new markets, regions, or service expansions.
- Ensure internal teams are enabled with localized playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for successful regional rollouts.
Content, Tools & Process Alignment
- Partner with Product and Content to localize in-app copy, web content, and lifecycle messaging.
- Work with Ops and Support to localize workflows, policies, and scripts.
- Ensure localization changes are accurately reflected across systems and tools.
Quality & Consistency
- Review localized assets for accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in localized experiences.
- Maintain documentation and standards for localization workflows.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Track performance and adoption across localized markets.
- Gather feedback from regional teams and customers.
- Continuously improve localization and enablement processes.
Qualifications
Required
- 4–7+ years of experience in localization, enablement, operations, or program roles.
- Experience supporting multi-market or international launches.
- Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience in marketplaces, logistics, or tech-enabled services.
- Familiarity with translation tools, localization platforms, or CMS workflows.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
